The information we collect
If you book a strategy session, Calendly collects the details you enter to choose a time, including your name and email address, and sends that booking to us.
If you use the form on this website instead, we collect:
- your name;
- your company;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it; and
- what you tell us is not working.
If you email us or call us, we collect the contact details you use and the content of that email or call.
When you browse this website, Google Analytics collects:
- pages you view and how you reached them;
- the browser, device and operating system you use; and
- an approximate location derived from your IP address.
We do not ask for your job title. Google Ads records whether a visit came from one of our ads, including Google Maps.
How we collect personal information
Directly. You give it to us when you book a time on Calendly, in the form on this website, by email at contact@proflow.ai, or by phone on 07 3063 1462.
From your use of the website. Google Analytics records the usage information listed above through a cookie. Google Ads uses a cookie to measure visits from our ads.

We use this information to:
- read your enquiry and tell you whether we can help;
- contact you about that enquiry;
- keep a record of the enquiry and our reply; and
- understand how the website is used, so we can improve it; and
- see whether a visit came from a Google ad.

Who we disclose personal information to
We disclose personal information to:
- our staff, so they can respond to you;
- Calendly, which takes the strategy session booking;
- the email service that delivers the website form to us;
- Google, which provides Google Analytics and Google Ads;
- our website host; and
- professional advisors, courts, regulators and law enforcement, where required or allowed by law.
Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to measure visits to this website. Google Ads: we use a Google tag to measure visits that come from our ads, including Google Maps. Overseas storage
Google, Calendly, our email delivery service and our website host may store or access personal information outside Australia.
Your rights
You do not have to give us personal information. If you do not, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. We will respond within a reasonable time. If we cannot give you access or make the correction, we will tell you why, unless the law says we do not have to.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Transmission over the internet is not completely secure, and you send information to us at your own risk.
Cookies
Google Analytics places a cookie in your browser so it can recognise a return visit and count page views. Google Ads places a cookie so we can tell if a visit came from an ad. Neither cookie gives us your name or email address. You can block cookies in your browser. If you block them, the website will still load, and the visit may not be counted.

This website links to other sites, including LinkedIn. We do not control those sites, and this policy does not cover information you give them.
